Common questions

Where is my order?

Purchases are made directly on each store's own website — Clore takes you there when you tap "shop". The store handles payment, shipping, returns, and order support, so please contact the store you bought from. Their contact details are on their website and in your order confirmation email.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your account, boards, likes, and style profile. You can also email us and we'll do it for you.

How do I change my style preferences?

Your weave learns from what you like, save, and skip — it adjusts continuously. You can also update your gender and price preferences under Profile → Settings.

How do I stop notifications?

Turn them off in your device settings, or unfollow the stores you no longer want drop alerts from.
