Welcome to Clore — a fashion discovery platform currently in pre-launch development.

By accessing or using this website, mobile app, or any of our related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Use.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you (the user) and the Clore founding team. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

Clore is currently operated in a pre-commercial capacity while the platform is being developed and tested. Formal business registration will be completed prior to public commercial launch.

By using Clore, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old.

If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian permission to use the Platform.

You agree to use Clore only for lawful purposes.

You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, or republish any part of the Platform without permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack any part of the Platform
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect information from the Platform
• Interfere with the operation of the Platform or its users

During pre-launch, we may allow users to register for a waitlist by providing an email address and (optional) Instagram handle.

You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your contact details up to date.

You may request removal from the waitlist at any time by contacting us at: hitesh@clore.app.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to logos, brand designs, videos, images, text, and code — is owned by the Clore founding team or by our brand partners.

You may not use, copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Platform without written permission.

Brand imagery remains the property of each respective brand and is used with permission during pre-launch.

Clore is in pre-launch development. The Platform is provided as is for testing and discovery purposes.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without notice.

We make no guarantees regarding:

• Uptime or availability
• Product availability
• Platform performance
• Accuracy or completeness of content

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Clore founding team shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the Platform.

The Platform is provided for informational and exploratory purposes only during the pre-launch phase.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Until Clore is fully registered as a legal entity, any disputes will be managed informally by the founding team.

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
